Tina is shown to be a tan-skin woman with freckles and red-ish brown hair formed in a ponytail. Her costume is a purple leotard with black slip-on shoes and her accessories are a golden tiara with a blue gem on it and a golden necklace.

Tina made her first appearance when she explain to Johnny, who was at the carnival as he attempted to leave home, about who she and the others are, even inviting Johnny to join their family.
