The Sensitive Male is the titular character from the episode "The Sensitive Male!", who tried to teach Johnny Bravo about winning a woman's heart through sensitivity and through song sequences that parodied Schoolhouse Rock!.

The Sensitive Male was shown to be a kind and sensitive man who had friendly interactions with women and Johnny, and had a very helpful side who was willing to help Johnny win a woman's heat. However, he was in the end revealed to be a jerk who would willingly lie to women and use fake sensitivity if it meant to getting them to date him, meaning that he was faking his sensitive behavior towards women the entire time. Which causes Johnny to turn on him and reveal his nature to the women and is then dragged off by the women to receive further punishments.

- In the original Season 2 bible that Van Partible and Seth MacFarlane wrote before the show's retooling, The Sensitive Male was going to be a recurring character, to which he would be called "The Mayor" due to being elected as the mayor of Aron City. According to the bible, he would also continue his lying streak with women, and he also lied in order to get elected as mayor.
