The Duchess of Wiggystick is a minor character in Johnny Bravo. She first appears in "Charm School Johnny", where she was attending the Gold Cotillion.
The duchess is friends with Pops, who previously saved her life during the soccer riots at Wembley-on-Trent. She appears to be around his age or younger, as her hair is nearly grey.
She was mistaken for Carl Chryniszzswics in a duchess get-up by Johnny, who then insulted her and angrily dropped her into the cotillion's punch bowl.
In "Chain Gang Johnny", Johnny and Carl disguise themselves as a married couple in an attempt to escape prison, with Carl resembling the duchess.

The duchess and the mayor.
The duchess and the town's mayor share a cameo together in the episode "Johnny B. Badd", where they are seen at a Johnny & The Deer Ticks concert.
Trivia[]
- In "Johnny B. Badd", The Duchess of Wiggystick's hair is now reddish-brown and her dress also changes slightly, appearing to fully cover her shoulders. This change does not apply to the version of her dress that Carl wears for his disguise.
- In "The Unsinkable Johnny Bravo", her character model is reused for a woman holding a pig in line to board the S.S. Moronic. The design (namely the outfit) is heavily altered, with the oddest change being that she now has lips on the side of her face, making her original (closed) mouth resemble a chin.
