Smelly Raymond (or simply Raymond) is one of Suzy's classmates during the second and third seasons of Johnny Bravo.
Raymond has a typically geeky appearance, wearing big glasses and having buckteeth. He has a huge crush on Suzy, who finds him annoying.
In "Welcome Back, Bravo", Johnny accuses Suzy of having a crush on Raymond during his show-and-tell puppet show, embarrassing her.
In "Balloon Platoon", Raymond is the main antagonist of the episode. He and his friends kept bothering Suzy with water balloons, which made Johnny assume Raymond likes her. After getting hit by the balloons himself, Johnny forms a small team to help defeat Raymond in a water balloon war. This does not go well for Johnny, as the other team outwits him every time. At the end, Suzy leaves Johnny's team because she thinks she likes Raymond back. The next time he appears, she is back to being disinterested in him.

- Unlike other characters who seem to have unfortunate first names, such as Stinky Brownstein, "Smelly" is only an insulting title given to Raymond by his peers.
- Raymond and Suzy share a similar relationship to Carl and Johnny, although Suzy is the smarter of the two.
- In "The Great Bunny Book Ban", Raymond is voiced by Pat Musick, the mother of Mae Whitman.
