"Law And Disorder" is a Season 2 episode of Johnny Bravo.
Synopsis[]
Johnny becomes a security guard at the local shopping mall -- but instead of stopping thieves, the meathead's power-tripping, playing videogames and trying to pick up chicks.
Goofs[]
- In some shots while Carl talks to Johnny at Weenie's On A Rod, the 'ORDER HERE' sign is cut off at 'ORDE' with a space left for the 'R.'
- At the computer store, the 'DISCOUNT' sign appears to read 'DISOOUNT.'
- Bunny disappears for one frame as she swings through the mall window.
- As Carl says "Mrs. Bravo," his forehead is uncolored.
- At the end of the episode, the shine on Carl's weenie hat gains a black outline.
Trivia[]
- The title of this episode is an obvious pun/reference to "Law and Order," a long-running crime drama series by Universal.
- Unlike back in "Johnny Goes to Camp," this episode shows that Johnny knows how to use a computer (or at least knows how to play a videogame on one).
- It's possible that, despite Carl's comments in "Johnny Goes to Camp" about how he thought that Johnny was too stupid to learn how to use a computer, Johnny has since learned how to use a computer (in some capacity, at least).
- It's revealed that, despite his low intellect, Johnny has at least finished school up through graduating high school.
- Carl's shown to be working (as "assistant manager trainee") at a hotdog stand in the mall called "Weenie on a Rod," with his uniform including a hat with a giant hotdog on it. Carl claims that he's got 57-months (just over 4.75-years) until he gets a hat with an even bigger hotdog on it.
Episode Connections[]
- This is the second time Johnny mistook a mannequin at the lingerie store for a real woman. The first was "Shnook Of The North."
- "Where were you on the night of the 16th?" is the same question that Johnny asks in "Noir Johnny" and "Scoop Bravo."
