Julie Speroni was a famous actress who attended the same school as Johnny when they were children. She serves as the main focus of the 19th issue of the Cartoon Network Block Party comic titled "Pretty And Dumb!".
History[]
During childhood, Julie was a bit of a bully who Johnny always found unattractive and annoying, even thinking that her pigtails were "out to get him", so he did his best to avoid her.
Years later she returned to her hometown and upon seeing her childhood crush Johnny she eagerly told her bodyguards to go ask him out on a date on her behalf since she knew how hesitant Johnny was around her. Johnny felt forced to comply due to the huge size of the bodyguards, but refused to even look at Julie, still thinking she was an ugly pigtailed girl, doing his best to avoid eye contact with her during their whole date. Despite Johnny's idiocy, his attempts to avoid Julie actually proved to be a boon, as it either ended up helping Julie in some way, like avoiding the paparazzi or Johnny being unable to repel her by being his usual cheesy self.
Near the end of the date, they went to go see a movie that starred Julie herself as the superhero Kitty Kat, who Johnny had a crush, completely ignorant that the actress that played her was right next to him since he still refused to look at her. In the end, Julie was more than happy to be with Johnny despite knowing that he was a bit stupid, and gave him a big kiss on the cheek before leaving.

The next day, Pops and Carl saw the newspaper article covering Johnny's date with Julie and tried to tell Johnny about how lucky he was that Kitty Kat came to town, but Johnny in his usual lunkheaded ignorance failed to pay attention and walked off angry over not being able to meet "Kitty Kat" yesterday, completely unaware that he had spent the day with his superstar crush, while Carl and Pops looked on in confusion.

Trivia[]
- Julie and her story bare similarity to Stinky Brownstein and her episode "Get Stinky!", as both Julie and Stinky looked alike as children and both episodes revolve around Johnny reuniting with a childhood tormentor who grew up to be a babe but who Johnny refuses to believe changed to be a better person, suggesting that the premises for both plots and characters originated in the series bible in some form, especially since Julie's story predates Stinky's.
- However, Julie and her story serve more as an antithesis to Stinky's, as while both Julie and Stinky were also childhood bullies who grew up to be beauties who tried to get in touch with Johnny again in adulthood, Julie's intention to date Johnny was genuine and she had actual feelings towards him, whilst Stinky seemingly only wanted to lure Johnny into a false sense of security in order to bully him again.
