Johnny meets a mad scientist who has made the perfect female monster and she and Johnny are on the run from an angry mob!

- This episode has a noticeably muted, dreary color pallette and slightly darker humor as it was a parody of the novel Frankenstein and the gothic horror genre.
- This is one of few episodes to include its own distinct future timeline, two others being "Brave New Johnny" and "The Unsinkable Johnny Bravo".
- This episode was included on the Cartoon Network Halloween 2: Grossest Halloween Ever compilation DVD.

- After Johnny gets hit by lightning while flying his kite in the storm, he exclaims, "Curse you, Ben Franklin! You knew this would happen," a reference to Benjamin Franklin's kite experiment.
