Fly Guy Johnny was an ordinary housefly whose head was accidentally grafted onto Johnny's body after both it and Johnny became the victim of Carl Chryniszzswics's teleportation pods which switched their heads.

Fly Guy Johnny has Johnny's original body intact, but still retains its original fly head, but it has been greatly increased in size to fit Johnny's proportions. Meanwhile Johnny retains the Fly's body but with his head shrunken down to fit the Fly's tiny body.

- Fly Guy Johnny is a parody of Dr. André Delambre, the main character from the 1957 short story and film The Fly, whose head was also switched with that of a fly after a teleportation experiment went wrong.
