Dr. Rachel Levy is (according to Carl) the world's foremost and most renowned "dental hygienist" (aka a dentist) who aspired to become a biologist and create the perfect artificial biosphere for human habitation with other doctors before Johnny came along and threw a wrench into her plans. She appeared in the episode "Biosphere Johnny".

Dr. Levy is a young fair-skinned woman with short light-blonde hair who appears to be in her 20's or 30's. She wears a snazzy space age white jumpsuit with purple lining, purple gloves, and a pair of angular glasses.
Personality[]
Dr. Levy is very dedicated to her goals and will do whatever it takes to make sure her biosphere project succeeds, even being willing to eat one of her fellow crewmates (mostly just Johnny) just to ensure the project's survival. Like most women Johnny encounters, she hated his guts and subjected him to physical pain whenever he tried flirting, and she became even more hostile after Johnny ruined the balance of her artificial biosphere's ecosystems.
