Dr. Alphonse is a male nurse, who made his first and only appearance in the episode Intensive Care.
Biography[]
He made his first appearance when Johnny (who came dress like a clown for Suzi) encountered a pretty nurse, who he tried to hit on and pretended to be sick, However Alphonse appeared with her and was asked to take care of him. Throughout his appearance in the episode, Alphonse was shown to cause more harm them care towards Johnny, such as knocking him out the window with hospital bed, dropping a piano on him, so he rides a wheelchair, where he fell downstairs, using the automatic window to hurt him, followed by using the hospital bed to make him into a sandwich, using a dog whistle to summon a lot of dogs and finally, removing his liver. To make matters worse, When Johnny contracted Chicken-Measles from Little Suzi, Alphonse would appear and take care of Johnny, when he had an itch, which he plans to use rubbing alcohol and sandpaper.
Personality[]
While being viewed as a creepy man with a creeper mannerism, he is actually shown to be a good person, due to helping nurse Amber dealing with Johnny, who pretended to be sick in order to hit on her, but he takes his role as a male nurse too seriously as he started to hurt Johnny rather than taking care of him, to the point where he removed Johnny's liver.

- Aplphonse's appearance and his mannerism resembled that of the late Hungarian and American actor Peter Lorre.
- In real life, Alphonse would be fired for injuring Johnny and preforming a malpractice surgery of removing his liver, killing Johnny.
